Cusano Flavor Cured Cigars

Utilizing our unique, time tested, flavor-curing process, Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf is combined with aged Dominican long filler tobacco to create the perfect flavored cigar.

Most flavored cigars use second quality tobacco and either spray or inject gooey, flavored liquid into the cigar (spraying stains the wrapper and injecting inhibits the cigars burn).

Our unique process uses special humidor rooms constructed to blow flavoring, rather than water, into the air for several weeks. This process allows the filler tobacco to naturally absorb the flavor from the air and cure it into the filler leaf before the cigar is rolled.

The Dominican Sweets process allows us to use the finest, naturally sweet Connecticut Shade wrapper and flavor-cured filler tobacco to finish each cigar without staining the golden Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf or inhibiting the burn of our aged Dominican filler. Dominican Sweets are available in four flavors: Vanilla, Honey, Rum and Cognac.

Each flavor is available in 3 sizes: 5 x 30, 5 ½ x 36 and 6 x 42.
